Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Sign-up needs only an email and a password. Top up airtime-style (mobile money or card) and only pay when you run a check.
What does a check actually cost?
Every check is UGX 1,000. The checks you can run are ID verification, phone number verification, TIN verification, AML/PEP screening and email verification. Downloading the KYC report costs nothing. See the pricing section below for every check.
What is a successful check?
A successful check is when the request has gone through and a response has been returned to the client, whether the result is valid or invalid.
How is STREAMLINE Flex different from STREAMLINE?
Same engine, different shape. STREAMLINE Flex is the pay-per-check web app: sign up, run checks, pay only for what you use. STREAMLINE is the institutional platform, with subscription + volume pricing, API + portal, audit trails and team roles, plus Business KYB.
